My journey began back in 2009 where I had severe vertigo loss of balance was sent to a ENT specialist who diagnosed me with benign positional postural vertigo also had a MRI which showed a 1.6 cm incidental pineal cyst . Was treated by physio who performed Epley Manouver which helped the balance and vertigo but took nearly five months to feel near normal . I was also sent to a neurosurgeon for review who told me something that small wouldn't be causing your symptoms . He then sent me to a Neurologist who did blood tests and couldn't find a diagnosis .
